Reproducibility materials supporting the manuscript “Validation of surrogate-accelerated inverse flow reconstruction: conditioning, covariance consistency and implementation fidelity”. The archive contains the analysis script, audit manifest, and reproducibility notes used to verify the reported overlapping-window count, reproduce the conditioning benchmark, and document a literal audit of the public FastDA implementation at commit a192c7b4e8d06097a54acc099b531706040dbbac. The materials do not reproduce the original FastDA training or DNS simulations and do not contain new experimental data. They are provided to support transparent verification of the numerical and implementation-level checks reported in the manuscript.
