研究赤松纯林中不同枯梢病病级的赤松针叶内生真菌多样性及群落结构,分析病—非病针叶内生真菌的多样性以及群落结构差异,为赤松纯林经营提供依据。采用高通量测序技术对真菌ITSI区进行测序,利用生物信息学方法分析赤松纯林中赤松无病斑和不同染病程度的针叶内生真菌的多样性和群落结构。在赤松纯林中,赤松针叶内生真菌的多样性及群落结构受到侵染的影响,无病针叶与染病针叶内生真菌群落结构差异显著。真菌营养型分类证实腐生营养型真菌和共生营养型真菌在无病斑针叶中为主要真菌,而在染病较轻针叶中以病理型真菌为主。

This study aimed to investigate the diversity and community structure of endophytic fungi in needles of Pinus densiflora with different shoot blight severity grades in pure Pinus densiflora stands, and analyze the differences in diversity and community structure of endophytic fungi between diseased and disease-free needles, so as to provide a scientific basis for the management of pure Pinus densiflora stands. High-throughput sequencing was performed targeting the fungal ITS1 region, and bioinformatics methods were used to analyze the diversity and community structure of endophytic fungi in disease-free spot and differentially diseased needles collected from the pure Pinus densiflora stands. The diversity and community structure of endophytic fungi in Pinus densiflora needles were affected by pathogen infection in the pure stands, with significant differences in endophytic fungal community structure between disease-free and diseased needles. Fungal trophic type classification confirmed that saprotrophic and symbiotic fungi were the dominant taxa in disease-free spot needles, while pathotrophic fungi predominated in lightly diseased needles.
