Metagenomic profiling of Moroccan freshwater lakes: Aoua and OuiOuane

In this research, the differential metagenomic assessment of two freshwater habitats in Morocco was performed. These included Lakes Aoua, and Ouiouane situated in the cities of Ifrane and Khenifra, respectively. Samples were collected during Summer and Winter over the years 2015 and 2016

本研究针对摩洛哥境内两处淡水生境展开差异宏基因组学（differential metagenomic）评估，所涉生境分别为坐落于伊夫兰（Ifrane）市的阿瓦湖（Lake Aoua），以及克尼夫拉（Khenifra）市的奥伊万湖（Ouiouane）。样本分别于2015年及2016年的夏季与冬季采集获取。
