Phylogenetic datasets for genes discussed in Stairs et al. (in prep).<br><br>Each zip file contains five files with the following suffixes.<br><br>*.fasta -- Dataset (taxa IDs and taxonomy are included in the fasta headers)<br>*.ma.fasta -- Mafft-linsi alignment<br>*.ma.bm.fasta -- Mafft-linsi alignment masked with BMGE<br>*.log -- IQTREE log file<br>*.treefile -- IQTREE tree file<br><br><br><br><br>
针对Stairs等人（待发表）研究中涉及的基因所构建的系统发育数据集（phylogenetic dataset）。
每个ZIP压缩包均包含5个带有如下后缀的文件：
*.fasta：序列数据集（FASTA格式的序列头信息中包含分类单元ID与分类学信息）
*.ma.fasta：经Mafft-linsi完成多序列比对的结果文件
*.ma.bm.fasta：经Mafft-linsi比对后，再使用BMGE进行比对位点屏蔽处理的序列文件
*.log：IQTREE软件的运行日志文件
*.treefile：IQTREE软件生成的系统发育树文件
