Here, we studied fungal and bacterial community compositional differences in (sub-)alpine Pinus cembra forest depending on snow-cover. Snow free and snow-covered soil samples were collected from different alpine and sub-alpine P. cembra forest locations in the Austrian Alps (Patscherkofel, Kuhtai and Praxmar). Their fungal and bacterial community compositions were investigated using Illumina Miseq sequencing. Soil microbiota typical for P. cembra forest was researched, and similarities and differences among snow free and snow-covered soils were identified. Using network analysis, fungal-bacterial associations typical for snow free and snow-covered P. cembra forest soils were studied.

本研究聚焦(亚)高山瑞士石松(Pinus cembra)林,探究不同积雪覆盖条件下其土壤真菌与细菌群落组成的差异。研究人员从奥地利阿尔卑斯山区的帕特舍勒克费尔山(Patscherkofel)、库泰山(Kuhtai)与普拉克斯马尔(Praxmar)等多处高山及亚高山瑞士石松林样地,采集了无积雪与积雪覆盖的土壤样本。采用Illumina Miseq测序技术,对样本中的真菌与细菌群落组成进行分析。本研究针对瑞士石松林典型土壤微生物群展开探究,并明确了无积雪与积雪覆盖土壤间的群落相似性与差异特征。此外,通过网络分析方法,本研究还探究了无积雪与积雪覆盖的瑞士石松林土壤中典型的真菌-细菌互作关联模式。
