本研究旨在利用下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing，NGS）衍生的转录谱分析技术（RNA-seq）与实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（qRT-PCR），在人类脂肪组织中评估淋巴水肿患者与正常个体间的遗传差异。本研究采用因美纳（Illumina）平台完成患者及正常脂肪组织的mRNA表达谱检测。
