This dataset contains raw and processed LC-MS metabolomics data from soybean seeds subjected to normal light (NL) and shade (SD) conditions. It includes peak area matrices (positive/negative ion modes), differential metabolites, MS/MS-based identification, KEGG pathway analysis, and detailed sample preparation protocols.The study aims to explore the phenylpropanoid pathway and related metabolic changes associated with shade-induced adaptation in soybean. All data were generated on the Agilent 6545 Q-TOF LC-MS system.For further details, refer to the included README file and documentation.<br>
本数据集包含经正常光照(NL)与遮阴(SD)处理的大豆种子的原始及预处理液相色谱-质谱联用(Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,LC-MS)代谢组学数据。数据集涵盖正、负离子模式下的峰面积矩阵、差异代谢物、基于串联质谱(Tandem Mass Spectrometry,MS/MS)的代谢物鉴定结果、京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)通路分析结果,以及详细的样品制备方案。本研究旨在探究大豆中与遮阴诱导适应性相关的苯丙烷代谢通路及相关代谢变化。所有数据均通过安捷伦(Agilent)6545四极杆飞行时间液相色谱-质谱联用系统采集生成。如需进一步了解细节,请参阅随附的README文件及配套文档。
