Single-Base Resolution Methylomes of Somatic Embryogenesis in Theobroma cacao L.

Methylome landscape of T. cacao somatic embryogenesis was examined, using whole-genome bisulfite sequencing technique, with the aim to understand the epigenetic basis of somatic embryo abnormalities.
