Single-Base Resolution Methylomes of Somatic Embryogenesis in Theobroma cacao L.

Methylome landscape of T. cacao somatic embryogenesis was examined, using whole-genome bisulfite sequencing technique, with the aim to understand the epigenetic basis of somatic embryo abnormalities.本研究采用全基因组亚硫酸氢盐测序（whole-genome bisulfite sequencing）技术，对可可树（T. cacao）体细胞胚胎发生（somatic embryogenesis）的甲基化组图谱（methylome landscape）进行了分析，旨在解析体细胞胚胎异常（somatic embryo abnormalities）的表观遗传基础（epigenetic basis）。
