Compared analysis of sperm DNA fragmentation, sperm chromatin condensation, the hypoosmotic swelling, level of NO, NOS, MIF as well as Caspase-3 activity before, during and after SHS in 25 men using One Way ANOVA.采用单因素方差分析（One Way ANOVA），对25名男性在阴囊热应激（SHS）前、中、后三个阶段的精子DNA碎片（sperm DNA fragmentation）、精子染色质凝集（sperm chromatin condensation）、低渗肿胀（hypoosmotic swelling）、一氧化氮（NO）水平、一氧化氮合酶（NOS）水平、巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子（MIF）水平以及半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶3（Caspase-3）活性开展对比分析。
