高压氢气环境下密封件密封性能数据集

以加氢站超高压储氢容器密封副为研究对象，建立了超高压氢环境工况下密封材料宏观力学性能影响机制分析。搭建了密封性能测试装置，研究对密封性能衰减的影响规律并建立了一套面向复杂工况的静密封实验测试测量体系。该数据集主要包含高压氢气环境下密封材料压缩、拉伸性能试验数据、高压氢气环境下密封材料力学仿真模型分析数据。

Taking the sealing pairs of ultra-high pressure hydrogen storage vessels in hydrogen refueling stations as the research subject, this work conducted an analysis on the influence mechanism of macroscopic mechanical properties of sealing materials under ultra-high pressure hydrogen environment conditions. A sealing performance testing device was built, the influencing rules of sealing performance attenuation were investigated, and a set of static sealing experimental test and measurement system for complex working conditions was established. This dataset mainly contains the test data of compression and tensile properties of sealing materials under high-pressure hydrogen environment, as well as the analysis data of mechanical simulation models of sealing materials under high-pressure hydrogen environment.
