Zambian Bat Collections Worldwide

This dataset contains records of bat specimens collected in Zambia and stored in various institutions around the world. The records were obtained either directly from holding institutions, which gave permission to publish them, or from already published literature. An attempt was made to cover all sources of Zambian bat occurrence data from preserved specimens that had not already been published to the GBIF online database.本数据集收录了在赞比亚境内采集、现保存于全球各相关机构的蝙蝠标本记录。上述记录的获取渠道分为两类：其一为直接从持有该标本的机构获取，且该机构已授权公开相关记录；其二为来自已发表的学术文献。本数据集旨在覆盖所有来源于尚未被发布至全球生物多样性信息设施（Global Biodiversity Information Facility，GBIF）在线数据库的馆藏蝙蝠标本的赞比亚蝙蝠出现数据来源。
