Quantitative catalogue of mammalian mitotic chromosome-associated RNAs. Chlorocebus sabaeus

We provide the most comprehensive catalogue of mitotic chromosome-associated RNA to date. We have characterized these RNAs in human, mouse, and monkey cells. We have also developed a method by which the degree to which these RNAs are specifically enriched on the chromosome can be quantified.
