16S rRNA-based composition of swine fecal bacterial communities in response to inclusion of a peptide-based product in nursery diets

Bacterial community composition analysis using the phylogenetic marker 16S rRNA gene on fecal samples from weaned pigs raised under commercial conditions. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of including a peptide-based product (Peptiva, manufactured by Vitech Biochem Corp) in a standard nursery diet.
