Genome and transcriptome assembly of the Tn-NVN cell line. The Tn-NVN cell line is a monoclonal isolate derived from Tn-368 cells. Unlike Tn-368 , Tn-NVN is not persistently contaminated with the Tn-CLV virus. Tn-NVN is also free of other adventitious viruses, grows well in serum-free suspension culture, and produces high levels of recombinant proteins.
