本研究借助批量RNA测序（Bulk RNA Sequencing），对人类诱导多能干细胞来源的前心外膜细胞、该类细胞的第1代扩大培养物，以及捐赠的H9胚胎干细胞系（ESC）来源的心外膜细胞（Bao等，2016）开展特征表征。实验整体设计：采用批量RNA测序（Bulk RNAseq）技术，共涉及9个样本；本研究包含来自GSE84085数据集的重新分析样本。
