Abstract: This article derives from a master’s thesis in Education, inspired by Cultural Studies in its encounter with Environmental Education. It is focused on how childhood narratives teach us ways of living and relating to the environments that surround us. In the article, we discuss how affective objects of childhood trigger stories. The research was conducted through interviews with subjects who, as children, lived in a coastal city of the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Their speeches were recorded and turned into narratives, which sculpt environments at the very moment of their invention. Narratives spelled in written words and images, bringing to life the affective objects of childhood, telling a little about a time, a place.

摘要:本研究源自一篇教育学硕士学位论文,其灵感源于文化研究与环境教育的跨学科对话。本研究聚焦于童年叙事如何向我们传递生活方式,以及我们如何与周遭环境建立联结。本文探讨了童年情感性客体(affective objects)如何触发叙事的生成。本研究采用访谈法,受访对象均为童年时期曾居住于巴西圣卡塔琳娜州一座滨海城市的群体。受访者的口述内容被录音并整理为叙事文本,这些叙事在诞生的即刻便塑造出了具象的环境图景。这些以文字与图像呈现的叙事,赋予童年情感性客体以鲜活生命力,勾勒出一段时光与一方天地的轮廓。
