Data used in Guzy et al_2020_Ecological Applications

Data used in hierarchical community occupancy model Guzy et al_2020_Differential responses of amphibian and reptile assemblages to size of riparian buffers within managed forests.<br>Species occurrence files (n=37 species) are stored as a .csv for each species which includes presence-absence data for 102 sites during 4 surveys.<br>Also included here is a short bit of R Code that reads in each species and compiles one large encounter matrix ('X') which gets sent to the model.<br>Site covariates are provided in file titled "Site Covariates"Sampling covariates are provided in the files titled "pc1" and "pc2".<br>

本数据集用于Guzy等人2020年开展的层级群落占用模型（hierarchical community occupancy model）研究，其研究论文题为《人工经营林河岸缓冲带规模对两栖类与爬行类群落的差异化响应》。<br>共包含37个物种的出现数据文件，每个物种对应一个.csv格式文件，其中记录了102个调查样地在4次调查中的物种存在-缺失数据。<br>本数据集还附带一段简短的R代码，可读取各物种数据并整合为一个名为'X'的大型检测矩阵（encounter matrix），作为模型的输入数据。<br>样地协变量存储于名为"Site Covariates"的文件中；采样协变量则存储于名为"pc1"与"pc2"的文件内。
