Supplementary Table 11. Reference populations

The different African microarray SNP datasets used as reference populations to determine the origin of HJ’s haploid African genome. Individuals with > 2% missing genotypes (Illumina platform), > 5% missing genotypes (Affymetrix platform) or with substantial amounts of recent European or Asian ancestry were excluded from the analysis.

本研究采用多套不同的非洲单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）微阵列数据集作为参考群体，以确定HJ的单倍体非洲基因组的起源。本次分析排除了以下个体：在Illumina平台中基因型缺失率>2%、在Affymetrix平台中基因型缺失率>5%，或近期存在大量欧洲或亚洲祖源成分的个体。
