Site observation data on water and carbon flux in farmland located in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River, China

The meteorological data, as well as observed soil water content, evapotranspiration, carbon dioxide flux, and methane flux data, were collected from the farmland site. Farmland evapotranspiration and carbon dioxide fluxes were measured using the eddy correlation method, while methane fluxes were measured using the static chamber-gas chromatograph method.本数据集涵盖从农田站点采集的气象数据，以及实测土壤含水量、蒸散发、二氧化碳通量与甲烷通量数据。其中，农田蒸散发和二氧化碳通量采用涡动相关法（eddy correlation method）测定，甲烷通量则采用静态箱-气相色谱法（static chamber-gas chromatograph method）测定。
