To investigate the mechanism of the renal protective effects of SGLT2i in diabetic nephropathy, we treated 9-week db/db mice with dapagliflozin and solvent, respectively. This study used m/m mice as control group.We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different groups of mice after 13-week treatment. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for vehicle treated db/db mice and dapagliflozinand treated db/db mice as well as vehicle treated m/m mice.

为探究钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂(SGLT2i)对糖尿病肾病的肾脏保护作用机制,本研究分别给予9周龄db/db小鼠达格列净(dapagliflozin)与溶剂干预。本研究以m/m小鼠作为对照组。本研究对经过13周处理后的3组小鼠的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展基因表达谱分析。实验设计:针对溶剂处理组db/db小鼠、达格列净处理组db/db小鼠以及溶剂处理组m/m小鼠的RNA-seq数据进行对比性基因表达谱分析。
