ANOVA (S1 File -> anova_ocs.txt) ad Kruskal-Wallis (S1 File -> kw_ocs.txt) tests were performed for the control treatment to find bacterial types that significantly differed in ASV counts across time points. The list of significantly changing bacterial types was included (S1 File -> control_sig.csv) as well as summary statistics (average and standard deviation of abundance) of significantly changing bacteria categorized by their phyla classifications (S1 File -> control_significant_taxa_stats.csv). 针对对照组处理,本研究开展了方差分析(Analysis of Variance, ANOVA)与克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯(Kruskal-Wallis)检验,对应S1 File分别为anova_ocs.txt与kw_ocs.txt,旨在筛选出不同时间点间扩增子序列变体(Amplicon Sequence Variant, ASV)计数存在显著差异的细菌类群。显著变化的细菌类群列表已收录于S1 File的control_sig.csv中,同时还提供了按菌门分类的显著变化细菌的丰度汇总统计量(含丰度均值与标准差),对应S1 File为control_significant_taxa_stats.csv。(压缩包)
