MceC affinity purification and interactome analysis

Anti-FLAG affinty purification of mitochondria isolated from tetracycline inducible HEK293 cells expressing MceC-3XFLAG or control (EV) cells. Equal amounts of mitochondrial protein were solubilised and anti-FLAG immunoprecipitation performed.

对表达MceC-3XFLAG的四环素诱导型HEK293细胞，以及对照（空载体，Empty Vector，EV）细胞中分离得到的线粒体，开展抗FLAG亲和纯化。取等量线粒体蛋白进行增溶处理，并进行抗FLAG免疫沉淀实验。
