NEON Spatio-Temporal Teaching Dataset

This is a beta teaching dataset that contains spatio-temporal data for the Harvard Forest and SJER field sites. CONTENTS: AtmosData.zip: Precipitation, temperature and other variables collected from a flux tower at the NEON Harvard Forest. NOTE: these data are not collected from the NEON tower. boundaryFiles: A set of shapefiles for the Harvard Forest Field Site daylength: daily daylength for the HArvard Forest Field site. Landsat_NDVI: NDVI data product provided by USGS cropped to the Harvard Forest AOI used in the teaching lessons for 2011. NEON_RemoteSensing: LIdar data including a canopy height model, digital elevation model and digital surface model for the harvard forest field site.

本数据集为测试版教学数据集，涵盖哈佛森林（Harvard Forest）与SJER野外站点的时空数据。
内容清单：
1. AtmosData.zip：收录了从NEON哈佛森林通量塔采集的降水、气温等气象变量。注：此类数据并非采集自NEON通量塔。
2. boundaryFiles：一套适用于哈佛森林野外站点的shapefile矢量文件。
3. daylength：哈佛森林野外站点的逐日日照时长数据。
4. Landsat_NDVI：由美国地质调查局（USGS，United States Geological Survey）提供的归一化植被指数（NDVI，Normalized Difference Vegetation Index）数据产品，已裁剪至教学课程所用的哈佛森林研究区范围，时间跨度为2011年。
5. NEON_RemoteSensing：包含哈佛森林野外站点的激光雷达（LiDAR，Light Detection and Ranging）数据，具体包括冠层高度模型、数字高程模型与数字表面模型。
