Migrate_2012Raisins-4loci

File containing microsatellite genotypes of Saccharomyces cerevisiae isolated from grapes in different appellation of the Bordeaux area. This file has been used for migration inference between different regions with Migrate 4.2.14. Pop 1 = Medoc (38 genotypes), Pop 2= Pessac Leognan (89 genotypes), Pop 3= Saint-Emilion (7genotypes) and Pop 4 = Entre deux-Mers (5 genotypes)

本数据集文件包含从波尔多产区不同法定葡萄产区的葡萄样本中分离得到的酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）的微卫星基因型（microsatellite genotypes）。该文件已结合Migrate 4.2.14软件，用于不同区域间的种群迁移推断。其中种群1（Pop 1）为梅多克（Medoc），含38个基因型；种群2（Pop 2）为佩萨克-雷奥良（Pessac Leognan），含89个基因型；种群3（Pop 3）为圣埃美隆（Saint-Emilion），含7个基因型；种群4（Pop 4）为两海之间（Entre deux-Mers），含5个基因型。
