To study the effect of inhibiting AR and HNF1A/HNF4G activity either alone or in combination on the growth of CRPC PDX LuCaP 35CR LuCaP 35CR tumors were treated with enzalutamide, pelabresib or a combination of pelabresib and enzalutamide and tumor volumes were compared to vehicle control
为探究单独或联合抑制AR(Androgen Receptor)与HNF1A/HNF4G(Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 1A/Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 4G)的活性对去势抵抗性前列腺癌(Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer, CRPC)患者来源异种移植瘤(Patient-Derived Xenograft, PDX)LuCaP 35CR的生长影响,本实验对LuCaP 35CR肿瘤分别施以恩扎卢胺(Enzalutamide)、帕拉瑞塞布(Pelabresib),或二者联合处理,并将各组肿瘤体积与溶剂对照组进行对比。
