Severe COVID-19 Patient Cohort Clinical History

This dataset contains the patient history for the severe COVID-19 patient cohort analysed in "Low-coverage whole genome sequencing for a highly selective cohort of severe COVID-19 patients".All data has been anonymised and all links between the identity of patients and the datasets shared were removed.
