Data related to the identification and genomic characterisation of egoviruses

Databases our study used or generated include (1) supplemental tables, (2) Egovirales RNApolA proteins and major capsid proteins (MCPs) identified from the metagenomic survey, (3) HMMs for hallmark genes of Nucleocytoviricota, (4) HMMs for the core genes and single copy core genes of Egovirales, (5) all the Egovirales MAGs (including complete genomes), (6) and finally the PDB of the DJR-MCP of Egovirales (human main clade).

本研究使用或生成的数据库包含以下六类：(1) 补充表格；(2) 经宏基因组调查鉴定得到的埃戈病毒目（Egovirales）RNA聚合酶A亚基蛋白及主衣壳蛋白（Major Capsid Proteins, MCPs）；(3) 核胞病毒门（Nucleocytoviricota）标志性基因的隐马尔可夫模型（Hidden Markov Models, HMMs）；(4) 埃戈病毒目核心基因与单拷贝核心基因的隐马尔可夫模型；(5) 所有埃戈病毒目宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genomes, MAGs，包含完整基因组）；(6) 最后一类为埃戈病毒目人类主要进化分支双果冻卷主衣壳蛋白（Double Jelly Roll Major Capsid Protein, DJR-MCP）的蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank, PDB）数据。
