Single-nucleotide polymorphisms for the small yellow croaker (Larimichthys polyactis) were identified using restriction-site-associated DNA (RAD) sequencing of 24 individuals from two populations in China on an Illumina Hi-Seq 2500 platform.

本研究利用Illumina HiSeq 2500测序平台，对采自中国两个种群的24尾小黄鱼（Larimichthys polyactis）样本开展限制性酶切位点相关DNA（restriction-site-associated DNA, RAD）测序，进而鉴定得到该物种的单核苷酸多态性（Single-nucleotide polymorphisms）。
