RNA-Seq was used to characterize the changes induced by mechanical stretching on the gene expression profile of mouse peritoneal mesothelial cells with WT and Cav-1- genetic backgrounds. RNA-Seq of WT and Cav-1- (B6.Cg-CAV1tm1mls/J) mouse peritoneal mesothelial cells cultured in static or stretching conditions.
本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-Seq),表征机械拉伸对携带野生型(Wild Type, WT)及Cav-1-遗传背景的小鼠腹膜间皮细胞基因表达谱的诱导变化。本数据集涵盖分别在静态培养与拉伸培养条件下培养的WT与Cav-1-(B6.Cg-CAV1tm1mls/J)小鼠腹膜间皮细胞的RNA测序数据。
