声学多普勒流速剖面仪(英语:Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler,缩写:ADCP)是一种用于测量水速的水声学流速计。其原理类似于声纳:ADCP向水中发射声波,水中的散射体使声波产生散射,ADCP接收散射体返还的回波信号,通过分析其多普勒效应频移以计算流速。 本数据为中国第37次南极科学考察的船载走航ADCP(38K)观测数据,调查数据包括经度、纬度、时间、航向、航速、文件序号、平均文件记录间隔等信息。

Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP for short) is a type of underwater acoustic current meter used to measure water flow velocity. Its operating principle is similar to sonar: ADCP emits acoustic waves into water, where the scatterers in the water scatter the waves. The ADCP then receives the echo signals reflected back by the scatterers, and calculates the flow velocity by analyzing the Doppler frequency shift of these signals. This dataset consists of shipboard underway ADCP (38K) observation data collected during the 37th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition. The survey data includes information such as longitude, latitude, time, course, ship speed, file serial number, and average file recording interval.
