This dataset conducts statistical analysis on consumption data of users who use laundry services for wool products in Anhui Province. By establishing user portraits based on historical order records, developing user tags, and classifying user consumption tiers, it provides data support for enterprises to develop cooperative laundry stores across Anhui Province, set up intelligent shared self-service laundry pickup and drop-off lockers, and formulate advertising and marketing strategies, thereby helping enterprises accurately grasp market dynamics and enhance customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
1. Data Collection: Data was collected through the laundry platform backend, recording the number of wool product laundry orders and corresponding expenditure amounts (unit: Yuan) of users in Anhui Province over a single quarter.
2. Data Processing: Proportion of wool product laundry consumption = (User's wool product laundry expenditure / Total laundry expenditure) * 100%
3. Data Classification: Users are ranked in descending order based on their consumption proportion. The ABCDEF classification method is adopted for consumption tiering:
- Class A consumption: Proportion ≥ 1%
- Class B consumption: 0.8% ≤ Proportion < 1%
- Class C consumption: 0.6% ≤ Proportion < 0.8%
