Clonal tracking and scRNAseq analysis of human breast PDTX models treated with chemotherapy

This dataset is related to the publication under consideration by Kronheim S et al. Chemotherapy alters the landscape of cellular clones in breast cancer xenografts. Uploaded are four Seurat objects containing count matrices and clone response metadata from scRNAseq, one file per human breast PDTX model: STG139, STG201, AB040 and IC07.本数据集隶属于Kronheim S及其团队拟发表的研究，该研究主题为《化疗重塑乳腺癌异种移植模型中的细胞克隆图谱》。 本次上传共包含4个Seurat（Seurat）对象，其中携带来自单细胞RNA测序（scRNAseq）的计数矩阵与克隆响应元数据，每个文件对应一个人源乳腺癌患者来源肿瘤异种移植（PDTX）模型，涉及的模型编号分别为STG139、STG201、AB040及IC07。
