Goal: To develop a combined computational and experimental pipeline for quantifying the detection power of bulk TCR sequencing approaches, based on a set of 45 unique spike-in TCRs within a wide frequency range (5x10-2 to 10-6).Study "T-Cell Receptor Detection Power of Bulk Sequencing for Immune Diagnostics: Quantification with a Panel of Spike-in Sequences and a Novel Power Calculator".
