MAG Taxonomy and Genome Statistics

List of the MAGs obtained from cat fecal microbiomes using Hi-C proximity ligation in combination with shotgun sequencing. This spreadsheet includes the binID, their taxonomy, NCBI accession, and levels of completeness and contamination, among other genome statistics. This is part of a dataset that was submitted to Microbiology Resource Announcements. The genomic data (Hi-C sequences, metagenome assembly contigs, and MAGs) is also part of this dataset and is available from the NCBI SRA and GenBank.

本数据集收录了通过Hi-C邻近连接结合鸟枪测序从猫粪便微生物组中获得的宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genomes, MAGs）列表。配套电子表格涵盖各分箱编号（binID）、分类学注释信息、NCBI登录号、基因组完整度与污染率，以及其他基因组统计指标。本数据集的部分内容已提交至《Microbiology Resource Announcements》（微生物资源公告）。数据集同时包含相关基因组学数据，包括Hi-C测序序列、宏基因组组装重叠群以及MAGs，上述数据可从NCBI序列读取档案（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）与GenBank获取。
