To see how the secretome changes upon challenging organoids with immune pressure, we wanted to perform secretomics on CRC MSI organoids +- stimulation with IFNy. Secretomics was performed using a previously published metabolic labeling method based on threonine-derived non-canonical amino acid tagging (THRONCAT) [1].
为探究免疫压力刺激类器官后分泌组(secretome)的变化规律,我们拟对结直肠癌微卫星不稳定型(CRC MSI)类器官开展分泌组学研究,实验设置干扰素γ(IFNγ)刺激组与未刺激对照组。本研究采用此前已发表的基于苏氨酸衍生非经典氨基酸标记(THRONCAT)的代谢标记方法完成分泌组学检测[1]。
