Normalization of Quantitative Analysis for Bacteria Multi-Wavelength Transmission Spectroscopy in Water

The data set includes the following data of (1) transmission spectra of Escherichia coli suspension with three concentrations, (2) measured and calculated optical density of spectrum 1 after particle concentration normalization, and concentration fitting curves of three different transmission spectra, (3) measured and calculated optical density of spectrum 1 after maximum normalization, and concentration fitting curves of three different transmission spectra, (4) measured and calculated optical density of spectrum 1 after integral normalization, and concentration fitting curves of three different transmission spectra, (5) measured and calculated optical density of spectrum 1 after average normalization, and concentration fitting curves of three different transmission spectra, (6) Structural parameters of Escherichia coli obtained with the inversion of different normalization transmission spectra, (7) concentrations obtained with four normalization methods and serial dilution plate counting method.

本数据集包含以下七类数据：(1) 三种浓度大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）悬浮液的透射光谱；(2) 经颗粒浓度归一化处理后的光谱1的实测与计算光密度，以及三种不同透射光谱的浓度拟合曲线；(3) 经最大值归一化处理后的光谱1的实测与计算光密度，以及三种不同透射光谱的浓度拟合曲线；(4) 经积分归一化处理后的光谱1的实测与计算光密度，以及三种不同透射光谱的浓度拟合曲线；(5) 经平均值归一化处理后的光谱1的实测与计算光密度，以及三种不同透射光谱的浓度拟合曲线；(6) 通过反演不同归一化方式透射光谱得到的大肠杆菌结构参数；(7) 采用四种归一化方法与梯度稀释平板计数法测得的浓度值。
