This dataset has been produced as part of a project aiming to understand the role of SWEET sugar transporters upon drought. The material used for the metabolomic analysis has been produced in the Phenoscope phenotyping robot to ensure high reproductibility. It includes absolute metabolites quantification of different Arabidopsis lines (Col-0, swt11swt12, swt16swt17 and quadruple mutants) subjected to three water regimes (normal watering conditions, 60% SWC; mild intensity drought stress, 30% SWC and medium intensity drought stress, 25% SWC).
