冷却循环水除垢过滤技术面向冬奥会场馆水质安全的现实需求,借助绿色除垢过滤技术,于引出旁路内,以草酸为主体实现水中钙镁离子主动沉淀,并与悬浮物一起经过滤装置去除,实现水体净化,可显著改善硬度、碱度、浊度等指标,减少系统结垢,提高传热效率和机组寿命。 本数据集含2个文件,分别是《场馆水质数据记录-训练馆》、《场馆水质数据记录-比赛馆》,场馆现场水质卫生及相关数据的日常检测,包括浊度、总碱度、钙硬度、pH、电导率、余氯、冷凝器出水温度、冷凝温度等20组数据,通过技术应用前后的水质监测,为技术和设备应用前后的工艺调整和效果验证提供支持,数据量102KB。

The descaling and filtration technology for cooling circulating water targets the practical requirement for water quality safety in Winter Olympic venues. By leveraging green descaling and filtration technology in the side stream of the cooling circulating water system, it uses oxalic acid as the primary agent to actively precipitate calcium and magnesium ions in the water. These precipitates, together with suspended solids, are then removed via a filtration device to achieve water purification. This technology can significantly improve key water quality indicators including hardness, alkalinity and turbidity, reduce system scaling, and enhance heat transfer efficiency and the service life of units. This dataset consists of two files, namely "Venue Water Quality Data Records - Training Venue" and "Venue Water Quality Data Records - Competition Venue". It contains daily on-site water quality hygiene detection and related data for venues, covering 20 sets of parameters such as turbidity, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, pH, electrical conductivity, free chlorine, condenser outlet water temperature and condensation temperature. Water quality monitoring conducted before and after the technology's application provides support for process adjustment and effect validation prior to and following the deployment of the technology and equipment, with a total data size of 102 KB.
