利用红外气体分析仪测量水汽通量的方法,观测了灌木黑果枸杞和小灌木红砂在荒漠典型天气下的植物蒸散量和土壤蒸发量,比较不同生活型荒漠植物耗水量的日变化规律。 该测定系统由LI-8100闭路式土壤碳通量自动测定仪(LI-COR,美国)和北京力高泰科技有限公司设计制作的同化箱组成,LI-8100是美国LI-COR公司生产的用于土壤碳通量测量的仪器,采用红外气体分析仪测量CO2和H2O的浓度。同化箱的长宽高均为50cm。同化箱由LI-8100控制,设置好测量参数后,仪器可以自动运行。

Using the method of measuring water vapor flux with an infrared gas analyzer, the evapotranspiration and soil evaporation of the shrub Lycium ruthenicum and the small shrub Reaumuria soongarica were observed under typical desert weather conditions, and the diurnal variation patterns of water consumption among desert plants with different life forms were compared. This measurement system comprises the LI-8100 closed-type automated soil CO2 flux system (LI-COR, USA) and an assimilation chamber designed and manufactured by Beijing LIGAITE Technology Co., Ltd. The LI-8100, manufactured by LI-COR Inc. of the United States, is an instrument for soil carbon flux measurement, which uses an infrared gas analyzer to measure the concentrations of CO2 and H2O. The assimilation chamber has dimensions of 50 cm in length, width and height. Controlled by the LI-8100, the instrument can run automatically after the measurement parameters are set.
