本研究针对5株ASCL1阳性（ASCL1(+)）肺癌细胞系与2株ASCL1阴性（ASCL1(-)）肺癌细胞系开展染色质免疫沉淀测序（Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing，ChIP-Seq）分析，旨在解析ASCL1在高级别神经内分泌肺癌中的转录组特征；同时通过ChIP-Seq完成上述5株ASCL1阳性肺癌细胞系与2株ASCL1阴性肺癌细胞系的组间对比。
