SIP metagenome fraction of pond sample from Joint Genome Institute, Walnut Creek spiked with Pseudomonas putida & Escherichia coli bacterial isolates (for each isolate 20ng of DNA labeled at 60pct with C13 were added); replicate number 3. This fraction has a SIP fraction number 6 and DNA density of 1.7437 g/uL. This is part of a larger study to identify the limit of detection of JGI SIP metagenomics pipeline.
