Kruppel-like factor 2 is important for endoderm-related gene regulation with Ring1b-mediated mechanism in mESCs

We report the RNA-seq data of Klf2 KO and Ring1b KD from mouse embryonic stem cells. Wild type and Klf2 knockout cells were knockdowned with Ring1b shRNA. Samples were lysed with total RNA prep kit. Overall design: Two biological replicates were analyzed. RNA-seq samples in wild-type (WT) and Klf2 knockout were treated with Ring1b knockdown in mouse embryonic stem cells (E14TG2a). Please note that each processed data was generated from both replicates and is linked to the corresponding rep1 sample records.

本研究报道了来自小鼠胚胎干细胞的Klf2敲除（Klf2 KO）与Ring1b敲低（Ring1b KD）的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据。实验中，野生型（Wild type）与Klf2敲除细胞均通过Ring1b短发夹RNA（shRNA）完成敲低处理。所有样本均采用总RNA制备试剂盒进行细胞裂解与总RNA提取。实验整体设计如下：共设置两份生物学重复进行分析。在小鼠胚胎干细胞（E14TG2a）中，野生型（WT）与Klf2敲除细胞均经Ring1b敲低处理，以此制备RNA-seq测序样本。请注意，所有已处理的测序数据均来源于两份生物学重复，并与对应的重复1（rep1）样本记录相关联。
