Gene exression analysis in FVB.Slc22a3tm10pb (OCT3-ko) and FVB wildtype mice

OCT3-ko mice do not have an obvious phenotype. But we have recently shown enhanced proliferation, hepatocarcinogenesis and fibrosis progression in these mice. Hence, an upstream regulatory mechanism is still pending.

OCT3-ko小鼠未呈现明显表型（phenotype）。但我们近期的研究显示，该类小鼠可出现增殖增强、肝癌发生及纤维化进展的情况。因此，其上游调控机制仍有待阐明。
