Capsella bursa-pastoris 24 transcriptomes

These RNA sequences were used in the study of the effect of population structure on gene expression in the cosmopolitan weed Capsella bursa-pastoris. We also compared gene expression between different flowering ecotypes to identify candidate genes for local adaptation.
