In this data, reported characterizations (absorption spectra, morphology) and device parameters of CsPbI3 perovskite solar cells based on the methylammonium acetate (MAAc) solution. The device parametrs (Voc, Jsc FF and PCE) were tested of CsPbI3 perovskite solar cells via a Keithley 2420 source measurement unit under simulated 100 mW/cm2 (AM 1.5 G) irradiation from a Newport solar simulator. The results in this paper describe the optimization parameters of PSC based on MAAc solution and directly related to our research paper “High-performance CsPbI3 perovskite solar cells without additives in air condition”
