File S1. Coordinates for autosomal sequence target capture based on Serinus canaria genome (GCA_000534875.1). from Selection on embryonic haemoglobin in an elevational generalist songbird

These coordinates specify the regions of the Serinus canaria genome we used to create custom probes for several hundred genome-wide autosomal coding regions. These are included to improve reproducibility of our study. These regions, plus the seven hemoglobin loci, represent the entire set of genomic regions we sequenced.
