Intestinal nematodes identification

The project has surveyed the intestinal nematodes from wild mouse lemurs in Ranomafana National Park, Madagascar and has developed a pipeline to identify these nematodes which have been sequences in 18S gene.

本项目针对马达加斯加拉努马法纳国家公园内的野生倭狐猴体内的肠道线虫开展了调查，并构建了一套用于鉴定此类线虫的分析流程，相关线虫已通过18S基因完成测序。
