Experiments were installed in La Libertad, with the objective of identifying clones with high potential for being varieties applying the Participatory Varietal Selection methodology. For the period 2016-2017, 18 clones with high resistance to late blight were planted, belonging to the B population and developed in the International Potato Center together with Two control varieties, Amarilis and Yungay (susceptible). Finally, in the harvest 5 clones with high yield, low glycoalkaloid content and good organoleptic quality were selected as a result of the Participatory Variety Selection of the farmers and the analysis of mixed models and BLUPs for the yield data. The 5 selected clones were planted again in the period 2017-2018 and through the Participatory Varietal Selection three promising clones were selected (CIP308488.92, CIP308495.227 and CIP308478.59).
试验于拉利伯塔德(La Libertad)实施,目标是采用参与式品种选择法(Participatory Varietal Selection)筛选出具备品种开发潜力的克隆。2016-2017年度,种植了18个晚疫病(late blight)高抗克隆(隶属于B群体,由国际马铃薯中心(International Potato Center)培育)及两个对照品种Amarilis和Yungay(易感病)。收获阶段,综合农户参与式品种选择结果、产量数据的混合模型(mixed models)分析与BLUPs(最佳线性无偏预测,Best Linear Unbiased Predictions)分析,选出5个高产、低糖苷生物碱(glycoalkaloid)含量且感官品质(organoleptic quality)优良的克隆。2017-2018年度,上述5个入选克隆再次种植,经参与式品种选择最终确定3个潜力克隆,编号为CIP308488.92、CIP308495.227及CIP308478.59。
