Experiments were performed on Vitis vinifera L. cv Cabernet Sauvignon (CS) grafted onto 1103P and M4 rootstocks (Pasqua vigneti e cantine, Novaglie VR, Italy). Grapevines were grown in well-watered conditions and no one treatment was done. CS berries were sampled at green (45 DAFB, named pre-véraison), véraison (72 and 86 DAFB for CS/M4 and CS/1103P, respectively) and ripe stage (100 DAFB). On these samples (separately for skin and pulp at véraison and ripe stage) an mRNA-seq and a microRNA-seq experiments were carried out.
本实验以嫁接于1103P与M4砧木的欧亚种葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)‘赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon,简称CS)’为试材,试验材料取自意大利威尼托大区诺瓦列的帕斯夸葡萄园酒庄(Pasqua vigneti e cantine)。所有供试葡萄植株均在充分灌溉的条件下栽培,未施加任何处理措施。分别于绿果期(盛花后45天,DAFB,即转色前pre-véraison)、转色期(CS/M4组合为盛花后72天、CS/1103P组合为盛花后86天,DAFB)以及成熟期(盛花后100天,DAFB)采集CS葡萄浆果样品。针对上述样品,其中转色期与成熟期的样品分别分离果皮与果肉组织,开展了mRNA测序(mRNA-seq)与microRNA测序(microRNA-seq)实验。
